Basic Cakes & Frostings

Are you a passionate homemaker who wants to learn how to bake homemade goodies for your loved ones? Or are you someone wishing somebody could guide you and help you start your baking experience the right way. Let us help you. We are offering simplified baking for beginners. This module is for individuals who want to learn how to bake but feels intimated by the oven or individuals who want to give baking a head start but confused on the type of equipment or tools to buy.

In this 8-hour demo and hands on training, learn the basics of baking from choosing the right equipment, tools and ingredients to baking that perfect cake. All tips and tricks we have learned through the years will be shared to make your baking journey as enjoyable as possible.

Time: 9AM - 4PM
Inclusive of: snacks, lunch and take home cake
Please bring your own apron and hairnet.

Chiffon Cake with Boiled Icing
Sponge Cake / Jelly Roll  
Decadent Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache
Mocha Cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream
