Flavors


Because of the availability of ingredients in our local grocer, we do not offer too many varieties, rest assured that our flavors are carefully selected and approved even by the most discriminating cake eater.

FILLINGS AND FROSTING


To ensure the structural stability of  our custom-made cakes, we only fill our cakes with either ganache or italian buttercream and frost with ganache before they are covered with fondant. 
  • ·         Italian Buttercream
This is a light buttercream icing with just the right amount of sweetness. This goes well with any type of cake
Variations/Flavors: Chocolate, mocha, white chocolate, strawberry, peppermint, lemon
  • ·         Cream Cheese Frosting
Light cream icing with tangy creamcheese infusion. This is perfect for carrot, red velvet and banana cakes, as well as other spiced cakes.
  • ·         Ganache/Whipped Ganache
Chocolate in Cream, as simple as that, but this type of icing is so chocolatey that chocolate lovers would die for it. Whipped ganache provides the lighter alternative but same chocolatey goodness. Perfect for our best-seller chocolate cake.
  • ·         Marshmallow Icing (meringue-based fluffy frosting but which we don’t use under fondant cakes)
Goes well with any cake
  • ·         Whipped Cream (cream-based fluffy frosting that's light and simply yummy)

  • Goes well with chiffon based cakes
